Too Much to Talk About
For those of you who know me or have heard me speak, I am seldom at a loss for words. Like many Baby Boomers, I have seen major successes and failures in society over the past generations and have been particularly entranced with how people and places change and the relationship between the two. I often tell my students that Change is inevitable but Progress is questionable.
As a teacher, I believe it is essential that children understand the current history and geographic changes that have created the complex and interconnected world that we live in.
As a musician, I am convinced that music offers society an avenue to express their fears, their happiness, their dreams and their frustrations. Playing music at any age or any level is better than any medicine.
As a consultant, I believe that not every idea is a good idea but every idea has the potential to become a beneficial one, if all the stakeholders are considered in the development. It is essential to consider all the impacts, both short and long term, of any project.
